Art Capability and Versatility for All

In 1980, Frank moved to Florida and opened a art studio. After completing a series of paintings for the Bank of Tampa, he was named "Artist of the Year" and awarded "Best of the Bay in Advertising".

He was a founder of the National Graphic Artist Guild and a member of the New York Society of Illustrators.

In 1991, the U.S. Army commissioned Frank to paint  the Gulf War Victory and General Schwarzkopf received the first limited edition print. The original painting hangs in the Pentagon.

His paintings won "Best of Show" in 2002 and 2003 at the
Longboat Center for the Arts and "Best of Show" in 2007 at Art Center Manatee.

The U.S. Government and his home state of Ohio recognized his successful career and inducted him into the Distinguished Achievement Hall of Fame in Ohio.

Frank's art is now sold  nationwide and in the Caribbean.
