Several Suntan artist will artistically paint a brand new Cadillac as part of the Abilities Wine Festival at the Don CeSar May 13 and 15.
Details weren't set at press time but the car will be donated by Cadillac as part of the fund-raiser for Abilities, a Pinellas organization providing aid and training for newly challenged individuals.
