In 1991, the U.S. Army commissioned Frank to paint the Gulf War Victory and General Schwarzkopf received the first limited edition print. The original painting hangs in the Pentagon.
His paintings won "Best of Show" in 2002 and 2003 at the Longboat Center for the Arts and "Best of Show" in 2007 at Art Center Manatee.
The U.S. Government and his home state of Ohio recognized his successful career and inducted him into the Distinguished Achievement Hall of Fame in Ohio.
Frank's art is now sold nationwide and in the Caribbean.
