Joyce Van Horn is a two-Coast artist.

Summering on the Pacific Ocean she paints the Columbia River, the great, cool-colored evergreens and trout streams. Back here in St. Pete, she is tempted by the rich, warm colors found everywhere.

Painting in oils and pastels, Joyce's work can be seen at the St. Petersburg Art Center and Suntan Art Center.
