Mirella has traveled extensively, visiting and living in various countries. In Australia she admired the clear and vivid colors of nature.

She obtained a degree in Arts and Science in the USA and started to paint, inspired by events in the world and the colors of nature.

She paints in pastel, oil, acrylic and watercolor.  Her multifaceted experiences are reflected in the ethereal quality of her paintings.

Mirella is a life member of the Art Center in St. Petersburg, FL and of the Suntan Arts Center in St. Pete Beach, FL. 

She is also a member of several other art centers in Florida where she has exhibited and received several awards. 

Her works are collected internationally in corporate collections and exhibited in various artistic venues.

Mirella Cimato was born, raised and educated in Rome, Italy.  She became acquainted with the arts from childhood since here parents were art lovers. 

She studied art in Rome from grade school on as part of the classical studies curriculum.  She studied law at the University of Rome.
