Join Libit for this fast paced workshop, giving you a chance to try many different media and techniques to create texture and pattern on different surfaces.
To accommodate people's work schedules Libit has arranged the workshop so that you can take one or two days. Those taking one day might not get to try everything but will feel as if they did.
Various acrylic media, such as gesso, gel medium and molding paste will be used. There will also be a variety of imprinting implements available.
Libit is well known artist in this part of Florida. She will generously share her wealth of art knowledge with you.
When Suntan took on more responsibility for the building, Margaret volunteered to clean
the downstairs bathrooms. She also sits
the gallery.
Her fused glass pieces have won some awards at our monthly shows. Margaret is a talented and generous woman with a ready smile.

Members Show Combined
The Show committee decided not to try and work
around the 4th of July weekend this year, so
"Feathers & Fur will hang for two months. Please mark your calendars with the following information.
The exchange for this show is on regular schedule, June 5th and 6th. The next exchange won't be until Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1. Make sure you won't need the piece you enter into the show until the exchange.

DONNA LEE - FEATURED ARTIST FOR JUNE.
"Art In Photography", a solo show by Donna Lee, long time member, will be exhibited in the Parkside Gallery. She received her formal schooling at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and the University of Hawaii. She has traveled widely absorbing the intricacies of patterns and life most do not see. For Donna, each new day creates new adventures. She brings her unique creative talents to all her endeavors. Her show will run from June 8th throught July 6th. A Opening reception
will be held on June 13th from 4 - 6.
