Oil Painting from Life

Lean oil painting using a limited palette of three primaries and white. The class is stuctured arund the four basic elements of painting: drawing, values, colors and edges.  Emphasis is also given to the five types of light as defined by John Singer Sargent. Paintings will be done from still lifes or plein air.
