Art is to be delivered during our monthly Art Exchange on the FIRST Friday and Saturday of the month. All art from the previous month will need to be picked up on the same days. See our Event page for next months event and theme!

FRIDAY - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

SATURDAY - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Note that if the Friday is the last day of the previous month, then intake will be on that day. Example Jan. 31, Feb 28.

All hanging art must be correctly wired for hanging. Serrated hooks are not permitted. Art not prepared correctly will not be accepted.

Frames must be in adequate condition, with the artwork secured inside the frame.

Glass must be clean with no visible chips or blemishes. (the artist is responsible for hanging glass frames we prefer plexy)

Matting must be free of stains and discoloration.

Visible edges of gallery-wrapped canvases must be finished. Unframed canvases with exposed staples will not be accepted.

Generally, anyone can submit up to TWO (2) pieces per show, but our current members get first priority.

There is a $10 hanging fee per piece for the Art Show, $20 hanging fee for non-members. Prize ribbons & sometimes cash prizes are awarded. If we receive enough entries, we will have a photo category and a 3d (fine craft) category. Open Shows & Awards Shows may have different fees & prizes.

Suntan Art Center retains 30% commission on all gallery sales. All artists participating must be members with the appropriate tax forms filled out and submitted before the event.

All are sold on-site; we do not currently offer shipping.

The Art Show will be on the Second Saturday of each month from 5pm - 8pm during ArtWalk. (Stay tuned: we will have additional gallery hours in the near future)

We do ask if you have entered artwork that you attend artwalk, you must be present to claim monatary award. Also we ask that you bring a snack to share, or a bottle of wine to donate.
