Oldsmar City Hall Art Exhibit
December 2026
Here are the exhibition guidelines:

You may submit up to five pieces.

All artwork must be wired and ready to hang (no exceptions).

No 3D pieces will be accepted. Please choose work that isn’t too heavy; canvas or smaller framed pieces are ideal.

If you’d like to participate, please send photos of your work along with each piece’s title, medium, dimensions, and price.

Suntan will receive 30% of the sale price for any work sold.
Artwork intake at Oldsmar City Hall will be on November 24, 100 State St. W, Oldsmar, FL 34677. If you’re able to transport your own artwork, that would be greatly appreciated. Please indicate this on the Suntan liability form. I’ll arrange a separate drop-off date at Suntan for anyone who isn’t able to transport their work.
If Suntan transports your artwork, there will be a $20 transport fee to cover costs per artist (not per piece).
There will be no fee if you deliver your own work to Oldsmar on Nov 24.
Please fill out both Oldsmar contract/liability and Suntan's liability form. Return them both with photos and requested information.
In your reply email, indicate whether you will be transporting your own artwork.
